We use IDR (Indonesia Rupiah) for Indonesian customers and USD (US Dollar) for international customers.
- Bank Transfer for Indonesian customer
- PayPal for international customer
If there is a mistake during the payment, you will be notified via email before the product(s) are dispatched to you. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method. Shipping charges are included in the price of the product.
- All Indonesian orders are shipped by SICEPAT, JNE, or J&T by using their Regular options.
- All international orders are shipped by DPEX. We also use TNT or EMS as an alternative and that may not always available. ETA: 5-14 days (may take longer during peak times).
At this moment, you can’t choose the courier option.
Loss or Damaged Goods
Every order has inspected by our team before leaving the warehouse. We shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, and damage during the shipping or delivery take place.
All international order comes with free shipping worldwide. All goods processed and shipped from Bandung, Indonesia. It usually takes 7 – 10 working days for the couriers to deliver the product(s) to your country. If it takes longer than usual, you can inform us directly in order to track the products. Also, please note that the customs clearance lead time may be varied depending on your country’s policy.
We process all international orders with our international retail price in USD. International customers cannot purchase using IDR currency. After customers made the payment, any cancellation, change to order items, or other replacement and return, for the convenience of customers, shall not be accepted.
Exchange and Return Policy
Note: All international orders are final. We are sorry that we don’t provide any exchanges and returns for international customers. Please make sure you check and choose the right size, color, image description, etc before making any purchases. We happily accept any consultation before the purchases via our customer care.
For our local customer, in the event that an order needs to be returned for any reason, you’ll need to inform us of the reason for the return and we have the right to accept or deny your return request. The customer will have a maximum of 3 (three) days from the arrival of the order to send it back to us.
All products sent back to be exchanged needs to be in the condition it was sent. All shipping charges that may apply during the return/exchange of product to us will not be compensated by us.

Purchases made through this site that includes personal data will not be sold or solicited.
- Any purchases being paid via PayPal will be handled by PayPal’s system. All credit card information transmitted through it will not be shared with us.
- Any purchases being paid via Midtrans will be handled and processed by their system. We don’t store any credit card information.
